About the role
Our client is excited to announce an opening for a Store Associate in Coimbatore. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the store's overall appearance and functionality. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the products they need, ensuring that they have a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, which includes restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring that all items are properly displayed. Being detail-oriented is essential, as you will need to keep track of inventory records and report any discrepancies to the management team. You will work closely with other staff members to create an efficient and welcoming environment for our customers.
Additionally, you will engage with customers by addressing their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
