About the role
As an IT Support Technician at our client, located in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the technical health of our clients' systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting a variety of IT issues that arise in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and implementing preventive measures to avoid future issues. You will also assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware, ensuring that all systems are set up for optimal performance.
In addition to troubleshooting, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of support interactions, documenting issues and solutions in our ticketing system. This will not only help in tracking recurring problems but also assist in developing knowledge base articles to empower users to resolve common issues independently.
